Playful Work. Real Impact.

To help address the childcare worker shortage across Northeastern Ontario, we partnered with the Manitoulin‑Sudbury District Services Board to launch a bold, joyful campaign that reimagines what a career in childcare can look like.

Grounded in extensive research into the region’s workforce landscape, we developed a marketing strategy that guided every element of the project, from naming and brand identity to messaging, illustration, and the design and development of a central jobs portal.

At the heart of the campaign is "Playful Work. Real Impact." (Travail ludique. Impact réel.). This bilingual initiative highlights the joy and purpose of working in early childhood education. We created the brand, custom illustrations, and a user-friendly jobs portal featuring opportunities from 20 childcare centres across the Manitoulin‑Sudbury region.

To drive meaningful traffic and applications, we supported the website with a tailored Google Ads strategy that helped potential caregivers, even in remote communities, discover and access job listings. The result is a vibrant digital hub that positions childcare as both playful and profoundly impactful, helping to strengthen early years support throughout the North.
