Équipe santé Ontario Sudbury Espanola Manitoulin Elliot Lake Ontario Health Team (OHT) is a recently founded network of health and social service providers working together to provide better connected and more convenient healthcare services for people in the Greater Sudbury and Sudbury East, Espanola, Manitoulin Island and Elliot Lake. 

We collaborated with this regional OHT to craft a cohesive brand, website, and marketing tools, establishing a unified image that serves as a beacon for the dozens of partners working together to improve health outcomes for the people in the communities they serve. The brand centres on their commitment to patient-centered care while showcasing the collaborative efforts among regional healthcare providers. 

The logo depicts a leaf crafted from five blocks, representing the unity of the four Northern communities around the patient and illustrating the synergistic partnership among local healthcare providers. The incorporation of green colour underscores the bond with the northern landscape, mirroring the goal of nurturing healthier communities in the North.
