La Slague is a Francophone concerts promoter with deep roots in Sudbury. Its origins date back to the 1960s when La Slague hosted such artists as Félix Leclerc, Jean-Pierre Ferland, Cano, Renée Claude, Harmonium and Offenbach. After a short hiatus in the late 1990s, La Slague emerged stronger than ever with the rebranding of the Carrefour francophone de Sudbury. Today, La Slague is recognized as one of the best Francophone concert promoters in Ontario.
As agency of record, we’ve worked closely with La Slague to rebrand the organization, to help them better communicate their programming, and to target local French and English speaking families more effectively.
We’ve branded several staple events and festivals including La Nuit Émergente, a music festival that features up and coming francophone artists, and Le French Fest which celebrates local franco-Ontarian culture.
Most notably, La Slague was awarded “Best Franco-Ontarian Presenter” at the Trille Or Gala in 2011 and 2013.
