We’re excited to share that the digital archive we created for Bélanger Salach Architecture’s 60th anniversary has earned a Gold Certification at the 19th edition of the GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN Awards.

The project was recognized in the Communication Design category for Website, Apps & UI/UX. Presented by INT.design, the international awards program celebrates excellence across architecture, interior design, product design, communication and branding.

To commemorate six decades of architectural impact, Bélanger Salach Architecture approached us to create a digital experience showcasing some of the firm’s most significant projects. Together, we reimagined the traditional archive as an immersive, user-driven journey through four generations of Partner Architects and their contributions to Northern Ontario’s built environment.

Visitors can explore BSA’s work through two distinct perspectives. Gallery View presents the projects as a visual archive, while Signature View highlights the defining architectural features found throughout the firm’s history. An interactive timeline connects the experience, guiding users through six decades of architectural evolution.

The result is a contemporary digital exhibition that makes BSA’s history accessible, engaging and easy to explore. Through thoughtful structure, subtle interactions and a flexible visual system, the website preserves the firm’s legacy while reflecting the creativity and ambition that continue to shape its work today.

This Gold Certification adds another international recognition to the project, which previously received Site of the Day, the Developer Award and an Honorable Mention from Awwwards.

The award also marks another chapter in our longstanding partnership with Bélanger Salach Architecture. Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with BSA on projects including its corporate website, this 60th-anniversary experience and the interior wayfinding and signage system for Place des Arts.
