Graphic Designer

Full-Time or Part-Time

Role

The Designer will assist the design team in structuring and organizing visual information to convey specific messages or concepts, clarify complex information, establish a company or product’s visual identity, and create well-organized, readable and consistent communication material that speaks to a client’s target audiences.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director of Business and the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will:

  • Design and layout documents, advertising pieces, social media graphics and other promotional materials to satisfy project requirements;
  • Review project deliverables for quality control;
  • Work closely with strategists, developers, UI/UX designers, content strategists and project directors;
  • Collaborate with writers, project directors and web developers.
  • Track project progress using time-tracking software;
  • Communicate with clients on project progress, as needed.

The UI/UX Designer will assist the design team in designing front-end web experiences that are intuitive, simple and effective for all users. The UI/UX Designer will work closely in a collaborative environment to ideate, plan and design sustainable websites and web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Consult development team to find solutions based on design challenges present in client projects;
  • Review design fidelity of developed websites and track revisions using GitHub;

  • Work closely with strategists, developers, designers, content strategists and project directors;
  • Collaborate with writers, project directors and web developers.
  • Track project progress using time-tracking software;
  • Communicate with clients on project progress, as needed
